WardenRTU is an early commercial product. This website is a brochure, inquiry, and ordering channel for U.S. operators who want contact monitoring into an existing NMS. Nothing here is a substitute for your own site engineering, safety practice, or purchase agreement.
Price and terms of sale
The WRTU-3B price shown on this site ($449 USD, including standard US shipping) is our current price. Purchases are governed by the Terms of sale. Other descriptions, availability, and timelines on these pages are informational. Quotes for purchase orders, pilots, and add-ons are confirmed in writing, through the contact form or info@WardenRTU.com.
Pilots are evaluations
A pilot is an evaluation on a real site so you can prove Status, sensors, SNMP or email, and go / no-go. Completing the form or receiving a unit does not, by itself, create a production support contract, volume purchase commitment, or SLA unless we agree to that in writing for that deal.
No extra warranty or SLA from marketing pages
Marketing pages (including Home, Product, Field security, FAQ, and Contact) do not create warranties, service-level agreements, or multi-year support terms. A purchased unit carries only the limited 90-day warranty described in the Terms of sale, unless we agree to something else in writing for that deal.
Not a life-safety system
WardenRTU is a monitoring aid. It is not a life-safety, fire alarm, or emergency notification system, and it must not be the only means of detecting critical conditions at a site.
Not a substitute for site engineering
You remain responsible for how the unit is installed, wired, powered, enclosed, and integrated into your management network and alarm workflows. Dry-contact and plant-isolation guidance on this site is general; wet plant loops and unsafe wiring are not encouraged. Follow your site standards and competent engineering judgment.
Outdoor / NEMA / UL not assumed
Treat WardenRTU as a management-network appliance intended for cabinet or shelter install unless specific SKU documentation says otherwise. Do not assume outdoor NEMA ratings, weatherproofing, or safety listings (including UL) from marketing copy alone. Enclose and protect the unit as you would other non-outdoor-rated electronics at that site. More detail is in the FAQ and Product pages.
Accuracy and changes
We try to keep this site accurate for an early commercial product, but features, packaging, and process can change. If something on a page conflicts with a written quote or order confirmation, the written confirmation controls for that transaction.
